History
The Dutch company Wouter Witzel EuroValve started up in the sixties as a manufacturer and supplier of butterfly valves. As a co-developer of the rubber lined butterfly valve, the company is now an internationally recognised specialist in the field of butterfly valves for complex and automated industrial processes. Wouter Witzel EuroValve offers a wide variety of products, ranging from serial produced stock products to fully customised product solutions.

Organisation
Wouter Witzel EuroValve is a modern organisation with a transparent structure and short, effective lines of communication. EuroValve is characterised by high product quality and comprehensive service. Our special market teams guarantee expert professional advice.

Production
Mechanical work on the pressurised components is carried out with modern, highly sophisticated CNC machines.

The production of butterfly valves with fixed vulcanised rubber linings requires specialised technology and is performed entirely in-house. Wouter Witzel EuroValve has developed special vulcanisation presses and dies for the purpose.
Coating is another of Wouter Witzel EuroValve’s specialities. Customers can choose from a large number of coating systems to meet their individual requirements.
After assembly, the valves are tested to assess the tightness and fitted with manual or automatic control devices. Once installed, the expert adjustment and regulation make the valves instantly ‘ready for connection’ in the pipeline.

Innovation and quality assurance
Continuous product innovation enables Wouter Witzel EuroValve to respond promptly to market developments, and it goes without saying that the products meet the requirements of the latest international valve and quality standards, as well as safety and environmental requirements. If a customer wishes, the products are modified to meet special requirements on a project basis.
Wouter Witzel EuroValve also works continuously to improve the organisation and production processes, using techniques such as SPC (Statistic Process Control) to perform continuous analysis and optimise critical process parameters.
